If you find a lower price with another private seller online, or in print, before you buy or within 24 hours of your purchase, we’ll gladly match that price. Should our own price be reduced, present us with your original receipt within 7 days of purchase and we will match the price and refund you the difference. Please note that we cannot price match on Publicly offered (RAMQ) services. Additionally, we can not price match on discounts and benefits provided through medical membership programs or the public system.

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required to be eligible for a full refund. Also note that we must be notified within the first 7 days following purchase for any refund request. After this time, your order will no longer be eligible for a refund, but will still be valid for future use.

Unfortunately, we cannot extend the time period provided for people who arrive late for their appointment; however, we will do our best to complete the scheduled treatment during the time remaining at your appointment. We reserve the right to postpone the appointment if we believe that there is not enough time left to provide quality treatment and not to make our other clients wait unduly. If you show up for your appointment more than 15 (fifteen) minutes late, it will be considered a failure to show up for your appointment, and no service can be rendered.
